2007 Flying Wine Cellars Roussanne, Santa Ynez Valley, McGinley Vineyard
Lemon yellow in color and brilliantly clear with pronounced tropical aromas and pineapple. The palate reveals pineapple, honey, pears, citrus, melon and almonds wrapped in a hint of oak. Complex with layers and layers of flavors and structure. Elegant with a long and lush finish.

2006 Flying Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
This deeply colored, full-bodied Cabernet from Howell Mountain shows black cherries, cassis, currants, and plums with hints of cedar, toffee and vanilla. Supple tannins give way to a long, elegant finish.

2007 Flying Wine Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon, Escadrille Cuvée
Escadrille means squadron and this Flying Wine Cellars Cuvée comes from a "squadron" of premium Cabernet vineyards in the Napa Valley. Deeply hued with expansive aromas of ripe black fruit, followed by blackberries, cassis, leather and tobacco on the palate. There are hints of Asian spice and a tannic backbone, thanks to the grapes from the mountain vineyards. Rich & complex, with a lush mouthfeel, this wine is enjoyable now and should age well over the next decade.

2005 Flying Wine Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville Reserve
Our Oakville Reserve is deeply colored & opaque with explosive aromas of dark fruits, coconut and toast. Cassis, black cherries, dark plums, leather and dried herbs are revealed on the palate while the addition of a bit of petite verdot adds a spicy note and enhances the tannic backbone of this very rich & complex wine. 2005 Flying Wine Cellars, Syrah, White Hawk Vineyard
Deeply colored. Aromas of raspberries, wet earth, some barnyard funk and dried herbs. Red fruits on the palate raspberries, plums, plus a hint of blueberries. Spicy notes of cardamom and white pepper. There is a nice dose of acidity, giving the wine a bright and lively mouthfeel. Smooth tannins with a elegant finish make this wine food friendly.

2005 Flying Wine Cellars, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, Stagecoach Vineyard
This Cabernet Sauvignon from Stagecoach Vineyard has a rich, fruity nose accompanied by a palate displaying blackberry & cassis with mocha and a dusty herbaceousness.? While the mountain fruit shows its typically sturdy tannins, the fruit and oak have integrated beautifully, giving this wine a lovely texture and a lengthy finish.

2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
I think of this as our Barrel Roll Red...(the photo on the label says it all). Comprised primarily of Cabernet Sauvignon from Stagecoach Vineyard and blended with a bit of Petite Sirah from Teldeschi Vineyard, this wine emphasizes lush mountain fruit with a touch of milk chocolate, French press coffee and a bit of roasted hazelnuts on the finish. Enjoyable now but a year or two cellaring will offer further reward.
